EQ4C provides a platform for advertisers to list and promote their tools on tools.eq4c.com. This Advertising & Listing Policy outlines the rules and expectations for all advertisers and tool providers. By submitting a listing, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility & Approval Process

Only legal and legitimate tools, apps, or software solutions may be listed on tools.eq4c.com.
All submissions are subject to review and approval by EQ4C before being published.
EQ4C reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion, without providing a reason.
Advertisers must provide accurate, up-to-date, and non-misleading information about their tools.

2. Prohibited Listings & Content

The following types of listings are strictly prohibited:

Tools that promote fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
Malware, spyware, hacking tools, or any software that can harm users.
Software that violates intellectual property rights or copyrights.
Fake or exaggerated claims about a tool’s functionality or benefits.
Listings containing offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.

3. Sponsored Listings & Paid Promotions

Advertisers may opt for featured or sponsored placements to increase visibility.
Sponsored listings will be clearly labeled as “Sponsored” to maintain transparency.
Sponsored placement does not guarantee any ranking advantage beyond paid visibility.

4. Listing Removal & Suspension

EQ4C reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing without refund if:

The tool is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
The advertiser fails to comply with this policy or any applicable laws.
A listing receives multiple verified complaints from users.

5. Refund Policy

Advertisers may be eligible for a refund only if the listing is removed within 48 hours of publication due to a request from the advertiser.
No refunds will be issued for violations of this policy leading to listing removal.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@eq4c.com with valid reasoning.

6. Changes & Updates

EQ4C may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
