  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the excess amount.
  • Technical Issues: If a listing or featured placement fails to appear due to a technical error on our platform, we will either rectify the issue or process a refund.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon advertisement or feature is not published as per the purchased plan and cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once an advertisement or feature is approved and published, refunds are not provided.
  • Failure to Provide Required Information: If the advertiser fails to submit necessary content or assets within the agreed timeline, no refund will be issued.
  • Policy Violations: If an advertisement is removed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, refunds will not be granted.
  • Partial Usage: If an advertiser decides to discontinue their listing or featured placement before the end of the paid period, no partial refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your payment proof, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
  3. Review & Response: We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
